• Gustavo R. Diaz, a Cuban-born American and former voluntary member of the United States Army, embarked on a diverse journey encompassing various business ventures. After an honorable discharge, he delved into insurance, obtaining a license in 1979 and co-founding a property and casualty insurance agency with his wife in 1981. Recently, they sold the agency, marking a new chapter in their lives. His professional trajectory extended to contracting for electricity and recycling plants in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.

This multifaceted journey has led him to a pivotal moment in life, blessed by divine providence with the knowledge and opportunity to publish a book. Gustavo Diaz is not only a brilliant inventor but also a writer, poet, entrepreneur, salesman, and devoted father. His inventive prowess is best exemplified by, U.S. Patent No. 8,583,525 B1, highlighting his contributions to the world. Furthermore, he is the esteemed author of the book titled “60/40 The Business Method. We the People Saving the American Dream”.

• Gaston Godoy, a luminary in finance and economics, brought a wealth of experience to the table. His academic journey, from American High School to specializations in Marketing, Finance, and Economic Science across Switzerland, France, and England, culminated in leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, and Became a Regional Vice President at Cargill Inc, the world’s largest privately owned company. Regrettably, Mr. Godoy has since passed away. Mr. Godoy helped to flesh out the concept and determined the unique nature of this restructuring system and that this novel idea was patentable.
